  • Total Time: 20 minutes
  • Yield: 4 1x

Description

These juicy thin pork chops are quick to make and packed with flavor, thanks to a delicious herb garlic butter. Perfect for a weeknight dinner, they pair wonderfully with roasted vegetables or a fresh salad.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 thin pork chops, boneless
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  2. Season both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper.
  3. Once the skillet is hot, add the pork chops and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F.
  4. Remove the pork chops from the skillet and let them rest.
  5. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Add the chopped rosemary and thyme, sautéing for another minute.
  7. Turn off the heat and stir in the butter until melted and combined with the herbs and garlic.
  8. Spoon the herb garlic butter over the rested pork chops.
  9. Serve immediately with your choice of side.

Notes
