- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
- Season both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper.
- Once the skillet is hot, add the pork chops and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F.
- Remove the pork chops from the skillet and let them rest.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the chopped rosemary and thyme, sautéing for another minute.
- Turn off the heat and stir in the butter until melted and combined with the herbs and garlic.
- Spoon the herb garlic butter over the rested pork chops.
- Serve immediately with your choice of side.
