Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated romano cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper
  3. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet
  4. Sear chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown
  5. Mix parmesan cheese, ranch dressing, melted butter, and minced garlic in a bowl
  6. In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs, romano cheese, and Italian seasoning
  7. Spread the ranch mixture over each chicken breast
  8. Top with the breadcrumb mixture
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes until chicken is cooked through and crust is golden brown
  10. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving
