A copycat recipe of Longhorn Steakhouse’s famous Parmesan Crusted Chicken featuring a crispy parmesan crust and juicy chicken breast.
Ingredients

- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated romano cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper
- Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet
- Sear chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown
- Mix parmesan cheese, ranch dressing, melted butter, and minced garlic in a bowl
- In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs, romano cheese, and Italian seasoning
- Spread the ranch mixture over each chicken breast
- Top with the breadcrumb mixture
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until chicken is cooked through and crust is golden brown
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving
